Integrations & workflow connections

# Keep your practice connected. Keep the systems you know.

Vocari, the healthcare suite from Veltrex, includes its own practice management platform. We are also building EHR and PMS integrations so insurance and patient-access work can fit around your existing stack.

Connected services

## A native PMS today. More connections on the way.

Use Vocari’s native PMS to manage patients, appointments, specialty chart entries and insurance cases in one workspace. Calling and electronic eligibility connect to those records, so your team can continue the work from the patient chart.

Your practice may already have a system your team relies on. Our integration direction is to connect the needed information and actions without making staff rebuild the whole workflow in another system.

External EHR and PMS connectors are coming soon. Tell us which platform you use and what should move between the systems. We will confirm the specific connection, permissions and supported workflow before including it in your pilot.

AI conversations

## Practice-aware live voice.

Use configured instructions, voices, practice information, and approved function tools for patient conversations.

Telephony

## Calls with a defined purpose.

Connect calling through Twilio. Insurance outreach receives one approved case, a selected destination, and the questions staff chose.

Eligibility

## The payer response in context.

Run electronic eligibility from the patient’s insurance workflow and keep benefits, warnings, and check history with the policy.

Native PMS

## Actions return to the record.

Appointment tools and approved insurance changes use Vocari’s patient and scheduling records, with results available to staff.

Configure the connection

## Start with the action your team needs.

Define the workflow and access before connecting a service or external system.

1. 01

    ### Choose the workflow.

Identify the records to read, actions to perform, and results staff need to review.

2. 02

    ### Confirm access.

Review vendor support, clinic authorization, and credentials for the specific connection.

3. 03

    ### Configure and verify.

Set the clinic and assistant capabilities, then check behavior and failure recovery in an isolated test.

4. 04

    ### Review the result.

Keep outcomes and exceptions visible in the relevant conversation, patient record, or insurance case.

Your team’s workflow

## Agree on what connects before it goes live.

### The right records

Identify which patient, appointment and insurance information the team needs to share.

### Clear ownership

Agree on where staff updates a record and who reviews a change or incomplete request.

### A visible next step

Keep a failed connection or missing answer visible, with a way for staff to continue the work.
